What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties include: 

  • Design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Social media content will need to be produced for the following platforms; YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with you team supervisor in generating new ideas and current trends for marketing campaigns or planning.
  • Get to understand the use of different software’s such as Photoshop and illustrate a big presence within the brand to promote You Personalise products for clients.
  • Work within different departments when needed such as helping with printing, scanning and photocopying. Printing merchandise and fixing onto different products.
  • Use email marketing and search engines to optimise the company to be a part of the most up to date trends within the market.
  • Campaigning a product launching window to entice more customer drives and return for the business.
  • Promote orders/campaigns through our sales platforms including Website, Social Media, Amazon, EBay plus more.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once you have completed the apprenticeship you will be offered a full-time position and depending on where the company are at, could potentially be managing the next apprentice for social media.
