Assistant Business Analyst located in Gloucester Business Park, offering an initial salary of up to £24,000 + great benefits.
More about the opportunity:
· A key administrator of our Workday Human Resource Information System.
· Initial point of contact for system related queries from HR and Recruitment.
· Prioritising work utilising Service Now.
· Ensure that the key stakeholders are provided accurate, timely information in respect of development of HR business processes.
· Identifying areas of weakness in systems and processes, owning these issues, and seeing solutions through to completion.
· Day to day maintenance and troubleshooting of HR system interfaces and reporting.
· Provide technical support to the HR team (e.g., systems integrations, complex reporting, etc.)
· Provide guidance and one to one training to our HR and Recruitment functions on Workday to streamline processes and improve current working practices.
· Own process changes and identify key opportunities to improve reporting and system interaction.
· Aim to maximise customer compliance and efficiency in process.
What are we looking for?
· You will have strong IT skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate outputs. Data and information analysis will come naturally to you.
· As you speak to internal stakeholders, you will be diligent and professional in your approach and be confident exuding strong interpersonal skills.
· You work in a methodical manner, ensuring projects are completed to timescales, whilst conscious of mitigating risks.
· You will be a good problem solver, able to work under pressure and be self-motivated.

Level 3 Data Technician
We are currently operating a blended learning model with a combination of remote delivery through the use of MS Teams and face to face delivery.
Ixion Holdings will also provide functional skills in English and maths qualifications if required.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility of an employment contract on completion of the apprenticeship, for the right candidate.
