What will the apprentice be doing?
- You will Responding to all viewing enquiries via online marketing portals.
- You will be booking all viewings via online marketing portals or over the phone.
- You will be managing the company viewers calendar for supporting viewing across different areas.
- You will process viewing appointments and enter feedback onto software.
- You will ensure all marketing portals are up to date for vacant properties (Lettings & Sales).
- You will also be ensuring that all marketing portals are up to date with latest photos (Lettings & Sales). You will be ensuring Empire’s internal stock list is up to date and distributed internally twice per week. You will call back all supporting Zoopla, Rightmove & OTM Leads for viewings.
- You will enter applications onto referencing software.
- You will maintain supporting late rent list and maintenance lists daily.
- You will issue pre court action letters to late rent tenants.
- You will help produce new landlord management contracts and supporting marketing material. You will answer all incoming communications (internal and external).
- You will deal with customer enquiries effectively (see service charter).
- You will liaise with Company Viewer for calling potential – prospect list for pending deals.
- You will ensure focus on own development.
- You may also escalate queries outside of own authority level.
- You will give full attention to all maintenance, H&S issues or hazards are logged within Arthur.
- You will ensure that contractors sign out keys via the supporting process.
- You will ensure that supporting paperwork is ready for people checking in at the office.
- You will ensure that supporting paperwork is ready for people checking out at the office.
- You will be ensuring for let boards & sales boards status are accurate.
- You will ensure all filing is up to date.
- You will clear down info email box daily, organise and forward on sales leads or urgent emails.
- Any other office duties deemed necessary and agreed with Branch/Area Manager.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. All apprentices are required to complete and evidence 20% of the job learning whilst on their apprenticeship. In addition, the apprenticeship will be delivered primarily on our online platform, Babington Online and you will receive full support from our dedicated team of Training Advisors via workshops, webinars and regularly scheduled reviews, conducted by Skype and/or Phone.
Our Housing and Property Level 2 Programme consists of the following:
- Housing and Property Level 2 Standard
- Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy Level 2
- End-point Assessment conducted by an external provider (Presentation or project, interview and knowledge test)
The end-point assessment is designed to enable apprentices to demonstrate that they are fully conversant in the skills knowledge and behaviours expected of individuals at this level. It is designed to provide assessors with a holistic view of the apprentice, and to allow them to assess to what extent the apprentice meets or exceeds the apprenticeship standard.
