What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering door and greeting visitors
  • Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post
    Preparing and franking post
  • Filing and document management
  • Shredding processed documents including archive shredding
  • Assist with client enquiries and requests whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service
  • Scanning documents and uploading to system
  • Basic correspondence via email & maintenance of email inboxes
  • Data Entry and sense checking to the highest standard
