Please note that your annual salary will be calculated on 30 hrs pw over 39 term weeks of the year split pro rata over 12 therefore you will be paid a fixed monthly amount each month.

The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. With a focus on adding value, the role of Customer Service contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the possibility of a full-time permanent position. This is at the discretion of the employer.
