The Customer Service Apprenticeship Programme, will last 15 months and will be split between attending college and on the job training and assessments. During this programme, the apprentice will gain a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification.

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be gaining valuable on-the-job practical experience. You will learn about ADM products working within the customer services team. You will be :

  • liaising with customers 
  • maintaining our in house system 
  • assisting with all general enquiries along with general admin duties

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, to include:

  •  Level 2 Diploma for Customer Service Practitioner
  •  Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  •  Functional Skills (as required)
  •  Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships are also a vehicle by which ADM will raise its skills base and a means of ‘downloading’ the skills and knowledge of existing members of staff, by having them act as mentors to the apprentices. During the programme, you also learn the values and competencies important to ADM, with the aim that on completing the apprenticeship you are able to continue on a career path within the organisation.
