    You will also be eligible to receive a quarterly bonus upon completion of the goals set for you. In addition, you will also be eligible to receive a bonus of up to £20,000 (pro rata'd) if the entire team meets their target for the year.

    Flexible working. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however some of our colleagues start work early and log off early, whereas others prefer to sleep a little later and are happy to work into the evening.

What will the apprentice be doing?

During your apprenticeship, you’ll follow a fully supported training programme, delivered online. You’ll be assigned a tutor who will support you throughout the programme and who will work closely with you and your line manager. 

You’ll spend your apprenticeship honing your skills and becoming an expert on our product, with a focus on learning what managing the end-to-end sales interaction process looks like in a B2B setting.

Your role will be varied, and you'll have responsibility for supporting the wider team in day-to-day sales operations; carrying out market analysis on potential customers and researching and running projects that will benefit the team.  Once you’ve found your feet and with the expertise and mentorship of the team, you’ll have responsibility for looking after customer accounts, generating new business by getting in touch with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This opportunity is supported by a level 4 Sales Executive Higher Level apprenticeship programme.

Training will be provide via live virtual sessions that take place twice monthly. This will be delivered via masterclasses, theatre based learning and workshops. On going skills coach support will also be provided.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This apprenticeship could lead to the successful applicants becoming Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Sales Managers and more!
