What will the apprentice be doing?

You will learn how to deliver a high level of customer service by helping customers to find their dream holiday that meets their needs and desires. These can range from, package holidays, cruises, tailor-made, and flight itineraries to name a few.

The last few years have been tough for the Travel Industry, and we are finding customers need reassurance in the booking process and prefer to visit us in person, than booking online. If you have an interest in working with customers in a Travel environment, apply now.

You will learn to use Travel Booking Software, communicate in person and via phone and email, take credit card payments, be creative with window design and social media, day-to-day office administration, brochure ordering and racking.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The Customer Service Apprentice will work towards a L2 Customer Service Level 2 qualification via Weymouth College and will at the same time have formal training delivered by Nicoll World Travel.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Prospect of progression to a higher level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business. Prospect of a permanent position for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship.
