    The salary will increase to £13,000 upon successful probation. Further reviews at 12 months and completion of apprenticeship. For the right applicant, salary is negotiable.

What will the apprentice be doing?

The Digital Marketer Apprentice will primarily be creating captivating content for the company's online channels including social media and their website, as well as creating relevant and engaging content for a monthly news letter, sent out to the company's existing and prospective customers. 

Other duties will include:

  • Assisting with webpage redesigns to demonstrate company goals and ethos to prospective clients and recruits
  • Manage and maintain the organisations brand ensuring consistent styles and tones in all communication delivered
  • Monitor, track and analyse performance on campaigns and communications delivered, reporting on success to the Director
  • Develop and manage the ongoing SEO programme

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 18 month apprenticeship which includes 17 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression routes within the company for the right candidate. Availability for further management or supervisory training courses if this is the desired path. There is the intention for a full-time role to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
