What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers & visitors, offering them refreshments
- Supplying visitors with the correct PPE before going onto site
- Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, taking orders over the phone if applicable, making outgoing calls
- Collecting & distributing post
- always Keeping Reception & Kitchen clean and tidy
- Managing and ordering stationary supply
- Taking on tasks from Directors & Assisting all staff in their job roles
- Document filing & Archiving
- Making orders & sending request forms to directors for approval
- All other general office administration with use of all Microsoft packages

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
- Functional Skills in maths, English if required
- On-programme learning to include knowledge, skills and behaviours relating to all aspects of customer service
- Preparation for end point assessment
