Covering all aspects of Customer Services, Packing up daily orders, answering queries, helping with day to day running of the business, unpacking orders and putting stock onto the website. Quite a bit of Social Media is required as we have Instagram and Facebook.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Dealing with customer queries, complaint or returns
Offer customer advice and assistance via email etc
Packing up orders
Unpacking new deliveries of Stock
Steaming new Stock
Helping with the keeping the Warehouse organised and tidy
Adding Stock to our Inventory
Social Media through Facebook and Instagram
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This is a Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Services and will include a combination of workplace training and mentoring alongside some college attendance as required. After 12-15 months there will be an End Point Assessment with an external body.
More information on course content and assessment methods will be discussed at interview.
If candidates do not have A*-C (4-9) in Maths & English at GCSE there will be a requirement to do Functional Skills up to Level 2.
