We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Practitioner to deliver high quality services and products to customers. Duties include displaying excellent communication skills in order to meet customer satisfaction and possessing detailed knowledge on the product in question to be able to sell to relevant customers.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
1. Answering sales calls and replying to any sales inquiries through various mediums.
2. Being familiar with the product being sold to answer any inquiries
3. Scheduling any visits/bookings on a suitable date and time.
4. Coordinate with other staff members for visits/bookings made.
5. Follow-up with clients to receive feedback post sale.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
The candidate will receive a Level 2 qualification.
This training will be conducted primarily at the employer’s site.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Potential of leading to full time employment or progression onto Level 3.
