What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This important role requires accuracy and an attention to detail across all our office departments. Training and support will be provided through the Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Programme, with the added benefit of a company that would focus on supporting your development, so you can become the best that you can be!

If you see yourself starting your career in internal and external customer service, which is multifunctional and multitalented then this role is for you!

Working in a fast-paced environment, the role is office based working.

  • You will be working and training in each department to give you cross functional capability.
  • You will be answering our busy phone lines, with the aim of providing every customer with exceptional service.
  • You will carry out customer interactions - candidates must confidently interact with customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • You will liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • You will learn processing of production order paperwork, stock control and communicating with customers and suppliers, to our financial functions and completing the general day to day administration across the departments.
  • You will be working with our IT systems and software.

 We need a Social media Champion! You will support the development of our social media presence in the market, and help run our posts/promotions and marketing on this exciting new project.

We are a team that works hard but well together, we have a multimedia break room to relax in and enjoy your lunch, rest periods. We love a lunch run to our favourite places to eat and share.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner  for the right candidate. Your own workplace mentor to support you across our office departments.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

If you see yourself progressing into a Higher
level Apprenticeship, HND, equivalent or Higher Education with us that best
suits your developed talents in sales, administration and or finance. We love
