What will the apprentice be doing?
Working on-site at the busy Perkins location, the role as a customer service apprentice will include
- Filing,
- Copying
- Scanning labels creations
- Retrieving POD's
- Answering calls
- Dealing with customer orders
- Progressing orders, and general office admin.
The role will be learning about the products so you can advise the customer correctly. Also must be able to communicate with customers and show an interest and give a helpful service. Demonstrating a positive attitude at all times.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
On-the-job training with a built-in training plan and support with Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 with Smart Training with additional functional skills training and support if needed to achieve L2 FS
