What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Review customer ledgers, through the use of internal systems
  • Processing sales invoices accurately and in line with company procedures/policies
  • Answering telephones and dealing with invoice queries professionally
  • Chasing outstanding documentation from depots
  • Flexibility to adjust to ad-hoc challenges as required
  • Create and maintain excellent internal and external customer relations

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administration Level 3 - one day per week release
  • Functional Skills if required
