What will the apprentice be doing?
- Review customer ledgers, through the use of internal systems
- Processing sales invoices accurately and in line with company procedures/policies
- Answering telephones and dealing with invoice queries professionally
- Chasing outstanding documentation from depots
- Flexibility to adjust to ad-hoc challenges as required
- Create and maintain excellent internal and external customer relations

- Business Administration Level 3 - one day per week release
