What will the apprentice be doing?

• Speaking with our existing Commercial customers and our prospective customers by being focussed on building sustainable, long term relationships – always focussing on the customer experience and delivering positive customer outcomes
•Supporting our Lombard relationship teams and products through the Lombard Asset finance journey.
•Supporting the onboarding of customers who are looking to finance new assets.
•Providing in-life support to customers who may have a query regarding their current product.
•Providing support via Telephony, our chat function and email
•Contributing to the management of risk to ensure we always work within the Bank’s requirements
• Building your banking experience by learning about Bank systems, processes and customer products as well as developing an appreciation of the banking market
• Contributing to an inclusive and learning focussed culture which includes spending time on your own Continuous Professional Development

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You'll join our apprenticeship programme, where you’ll be completing an externally accredited programme, Senior Financial Services Customer Advisor Level 3, which will take you up to 18 months and will set you up with excellent career prospects.
You’ll be joining one of our Retail or Commercial Banking teams, who’ll give you all the technical training you’ll need to be successful in your role
