What you will do in your working day

Contribute to the efficient running of the Neighbourhood Services team, providing a variety of practical support and administrative activities relating to tenant and resident liaison and communication.

The training you will be getting

NVQ  Level 3 Certificate in housing practice
Comprehensive induction programme, customer excellence, health and safety, equality and diversity, fire safety and introduction to housing.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

This apprenticeship will equip you with the skills to provide effective and efficient services and administrative support across the Housing function.
