Wage is age dependant and previous experience. There is a bonus payment scheme in operation that is linked to the gross profit targets of the organisation and as an apprentice you will be included in this scheme.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Provide a right first-time level of service ensuring the customer expectations are met
- Process and input sales orders onto the organisations bespoke system
- Build and maintain good relationships with both customers and other departments/colleagues
- Deliver against pre-determined KPI's and service level agreements
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- You will be expected to assist with the despatch of orders along with others if required at the end of the day ensuring timely despatch
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications.
