What will the apprentice be doing?

Working in customer service you will help our company to keep all of our customers happy and support our internal teams by answering queries over the telephone and on WhatsApp also over our portal or even manning our live chat facility
So if you’re a bit of a chatterbox with a passion for helping people then this could be the job for you
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Company In-house training, working with a trained team who will provide the time and attention not only to make you skilled within our area but more importantly 'supported'.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Exellent prospects to become a Customer Service team leader or specialise in one of our other departments such as payroll, sales or account management.
