What will the apprentice be doing?

Whilst working within a busy contact office the Apprentice will carry out tasks that involve:

  • Making & receiving calls to clients and other professionals
  • Keeping detailed notes
  • Maintaining customer files
  • Building customer relationships
  • Good attention to detail
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Maintain data bases
  • Liaise with sub contractors
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Any other ad hoc administration duties that are required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The apprentice will achieve: Business Administrator Level 3
