What will the apprentice be doing?
Day to Day Responsibilities include
Resolving customer queries via phone, email, live chat and social media channels
Working to targets to maintain a high level of quality on each call or contact
Building customer relationships and understanding their needs helping provide resolution
Completing monthly objectives set by apprenticeship assessor
Striving to learn and ensuring the correct information is obtained to complete apprenticeship modules
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Each apprentice will recieve a level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification. Onsite training rooms are provided for study and research. The course assessor is onsite to support and supply assignments throughout the course. All apprentices are supported by an Apprentice Manager/Mentor
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This is an entry level job into the greater organisation, there are many career paths available ranging from creative, HR, accounts, logistics, brand ambassadors and project management. The focus is on retention and developement of individuals within the group.
