You will be responsible for taking enquiries, pricing and seeing print and signage projects through to delivery, as well as assisting with any after sales needs. Ideally, you’ll be a keen problem solver, with the ability to pay attention to detail and you’ll be able to process and sort a substantial amount of information.

What will the apprentice be doing?
No two days will be the same. The apprentice will be dealing with enquires across a wide range of clients & on behalf of our print and signage departments. Duties will include:
· taking briefs
· produce quotations and works instructions
· liaising with internal staff across the business
· help the team deliver first class customer service
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice will undertake either a Level 2 (Intermediate Customer Service Practitioner) or Level 3 (Advanced Customer Service Specialist) apprenticeship in Customer Service
The Apprentice will be given one day a week at work to work on their Off the Job requirement of the Apprenticeship at H&H Reeds.
The Apprentice will be allocated a dedicated BPIF Training Co-Ordinator. Training will be delivered through a combination of remote and face to face learning.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once qualified we would anticipate progression via opportunities in H&H Reeds’ Client Services or Business Development departments across the whole range of services offered by H&H Reeds. These extend beyond Print and Signage into Web Development, Design, Digital Marketing and other related areas.
Succession planning is high on our agenda and so we anticipate a range of opportunities to be available
