Rydal are looking to recruit an apprentice Billing Assistant to join their Billing Team and the successful applicant will be joining a leading business within the Telecommunications and Managed IT industry.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Collection and importing of the daily files
Adding new billing items to the Billing Spreadsheet
Calculate and apply approved credits confirming billing details
Manging ticket queue
Set up customers on the Billing Platform
Assigning an Account Manager to each new customer
Managing time and workload to complete billing tasks within time
Ability to multitask effectively
Work to be processed with the highest level of accuracy
Provide support for other Departments when required
