What will the apprentice be doing?
- Provide administrative support to the SalesStar Team to ensure efficient operation of all office procedures.
- Schedule meetings on behalf of the SalesStar Coaches and clients.
- Ensure client playbooks are kept up to date.
- Service the required meetings by ensuring the Agenda, Minutes and Actions are recorded correctly.
- Liaise with clients to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Creation of adhoc PowerPoint Presentations, Excel Spreadsheets and written documentation using MS Word.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Following the successful completion of your end-point assessment, you will gain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. You will also achieve level 2 functional skills in English and Maths if these have not been previously achieved.
You will undertake knowledge sessions on a fortnightly basis with your personal tutor. These will take place in centre at NBC (HD1 4EN).
Your tutor will then also visit yourself and your manager in the workplace every 12 weeks.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Following successful completion of the Apprenticeship, you will remain employed by SalesStar and progress within the Client Services department.
