Ammon Enterprises is an award-winning business that specializes in memorialization products and services and we are looking at taking on a Customer Services Assistant who has the sensitivity and compassion that the role requires.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
Responsibilites will vary but responsibilities could include;
The ability to actively listen to customers so they can adequately gauge and address their needs via email, phone and social media
Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share and relay information
Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
Strong problem solving skills to determine the best possible solutions for client issues
Preparing and packaging products for delivery
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Part of qualification will require regular college attendance to support qualification requirements. College will be one full day per month, based at Marsh Mills, Plymouth, and this will be supported by regular zoom/remote training to complete the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.
Learner will need dedicated time allocated within the workplace to complete/record Off The Job training requirements
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility of future employment/progression opportunites upon successful completion of Level 2 apprenticeship.
