What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure starter paperwork is completed
  • Preparation of letters/contracts for changes to employee terms & conditions
  • Prepare management reports
  • Prepare & maintain library of template documentation
  • Support the implementation of starters/leavers
  • Ensure HR team post is processed daily 
  • Managing & co-ordinating HR Advice line, Inbox & Training & Development Inbox
  • Receive & record feedback (phone, email & letter)
  • Co-ordinate team diaries
  • General administration duties
