What will the apprentice be doing?

To provide the general administrative support to the department, including salaried payroll processing, whilst upholding the company’s compliance standards. Being the face of gap personnel, handling the telephone enquiries and maintaining the company values at all times. The direct reporting line will be into the Head of HR.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The candidate will follow a Level 2 apprenticeship programme and study towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College – South & West.

If the candidate does not hold GCSE grades A-C (9-4) or equivalent, they will be required to complete a Level 1 Functional Skills in the relevant subjects. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Salary increase to £20,000 p/a once fully trained and demonstrates a level of capability within the role or upon passing probation, whichever one comes sooner. Personal development opportunities and a stable career in HR. Work full-time on a hybrid basis with a mixture of office and home working once fully trained.
