What will the apprentice be doing?

· Maintain an excellent relationship with customers.

· To assist the sales team to maintain a positive conversion rate for eligible leads through obtaining and collating documentation.

· To be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries.

· To provide outstanding customer service and being the first point of contact for customer queries.

· To keep client information regularly update across the CRM systems.

· To act as a conduit between Sales and Surveying departments.

· To maintain good communication with all other departments.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
