Reporting to the HR Manager Duties include:

  • Conduct general administration tasks, including word processing,data input, filing, photocopying
  • Reception / switchboard cover including lunch, planned holiday cover and add hoc absence
  • Dealing efficiently with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Management of stationary supplies
  • Administration duties surrounding visitor inductions
  • Booking of meeting rooms and responsibility for servicing meetings
  • Booking of business travel and supporting documents
  • Projects - Assist/support with the administration /coordination of projects
  • Office Housekeeping
  • Providing administration cover for the Import, Shipping and Sales departments
  • To carry out any other task requested by the HR Manager
  • Training / learning: attend college one day per week to achieve an NVQ in Business Administration
  • Standards of Performance: Meets deadlines with complete and appropriate information
  • Carries out tasks accurately
