The role is multi-dimensional and covers the following areas:-

  • IT installations of Diagnostic software
  • IT support locally and remotely via the Internet
  • Interacting with Cloud based CRM system and Quickbooks accounts package
  • Telesales calls to existing customer base and new enquires relating to AutoMate on-line Technical Training Programme
  • General Office Administration duties e.g. preparing and despatching Mail Shot material
  • Learning about Cloud Computing and it's benefits to our customers
  • Future opportunities may include:-
    • Spending time with our Sales Reps visiting customers doing on-site demonstrations of products
    • Attending Automotive trade shows with our sales staff
    • Earning personal bonuses for sales of AutoMate on-line Technical Training

Things to consider

From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.It is highly important that you do not contact the Employers directly – any attempt of this may invalidate candidate’s application. Training provider

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy in Milton Keynes for up to 12 weeks on a block release basis for structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. You will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals. The qualifications consist of:

  • Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
  • L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
  • L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
  • Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
