Responsibilities of the HR Assistant Apprentice:

Processing updates onto the HR Payroll Tracker in line with payroll deadlines

Responding to email requests for data from the HR Payroll Tracker while adhering to Data Protection rules

Quality checking data

Produce reports in Excel from the HR Payroll Tracker on an ad-hoc basis for the business

Providing guidance to the business on employee terms and conditions

Someone with ideally 5 GCSE grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English
