Aptitude to proactively maintain and manage your own work load.

Excellent communication skills together with the confidence and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Candidates must be professional, with a polite telephone manner and be confident in dealing with clients, as well as interacting with other members of the team.

The ability to work within a team and also under your own initiative.

Personal qualities

An enthusiastic and professional attitude and commitment to learning new skills.

Qualifications required

Someone with ideally 5 GCSE grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

Future prospects
