We are looking for someone who is looking to grow and develop with a business that has been expanding quickly, we are looking forward to bringing an apprentice into this business to work their way up and learn an array of new skills in Frome, Somerset.

Main duties:

  • Meeting and Greeting Customers
  • General Administration duties
  • Assist the managers and team with daily duties
  • Filing
  • Answer telephones and make outbound calls

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

The ideal candidate should have basic IT skills and have an excellent telephone manner.

Personal qualities

Needs to have a positive and hard working attitude with the willingness to progress.

Qualifications required

GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in Maths and English desired but not essential.

Things to consider

£4.00 to start and will increase after 6 months. The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.50 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.60 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
