Comfort Call provide a Hospital to Home service. We work closely with the hospital discharge teams, supporting safe discharges. We have a separate assessment team that work with the hospital staff to plan person centred care and reablement to allow people to be discharged home quickly, safely and reassured that but with a care package that meets their needs.


Our team assist people to live independently within their own home, this includes personal care, domestic and shopping assistance and social inclusion.

Three GCSE Grades A-D (or equivalent) to include English and Mathematics.

From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
