Proactively contact new and potential customers and partners to promote products and services whilst achieving set call volume and agreed sales targets – via telephone, email and in person.


  • Identify and act upon opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers and partners.
  • Fully understand our company product portfolio.
  • Promote products and services.
  • Maximise sales opportunities. 
  • Troubleshooting. Find creative solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Update and maintain customer and partner records.
  • Research new products and services to ensure remain ahead of competition.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure company information is current – i.e. social media sites and web site.
  • Assist with administrative functions from sales order to basic bookkeeping.
  • To attend and offer a positive contribution at company meetings.

Things to consider

Some travel may be required to join the team on visits to Golf Clubs, suppliers and potential partners, travelling with a member of the team, transport will be arranged. Occasional requirement to attend late afternoon/early evening company meetings with the wider team.
