This company are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive receptionist who can work alongside Sales teams within the business. Ideally someone who wants to progress in a customer oriented sales role in the future.

You will have the opportunity to get involved with events, projects, hospitality and maintenance.

As first point of contact for visitors, you will need to be well presented and create an excellent first impression.

Main Duties include:

  • Greeting visitors to company premises, creating an excellent first impression
  • Answering calls from clients and supporting sales team with managing customer enquiries
  • Support the organisation of events and hospitality
  • Work with sales team to provide customer after sales service and maintaining contact with clients
  • Support sales enquiries, providing an efficient and timely response to customers
  • Working on sales projects with the sales team and there will be opportunities to expand and develop your own sales skills

From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training. INTERVIEW We will be interviewing candidates who meet the criteria as they apply and will recruit after a successful interview which may be before the closing date. Reality Check You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst awaiting for your first wages to be paid. Travel Information Nearest train station is High Brooms station.
