About the employer

Outspoken Training teaches life skills and creates more confident and more able cyclists through interactive and engaging cycle training and bike maintenance training. We run courses and initiatives throughout the country but our inspiration comes from where we started - in Cambridge, the UK’s city of cycling. We have a dedicated team who make it their mission to show others how much (fun!) can be done on a bike. Outspoken Training employs four full-time staff based at the office with a further 80 instructors based from their own homes who work in schools throughout our region. The instructors come in regularly for training courses and staff catch ups. We are part of a group of businesses with a passion for bikes at its core. Our base at the Bike Depot is also home to our other two businesses (Outspoken Cycles and Outspoken Delivery). We’re a young and vibrant team and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. We look to recruit positive people who share our values and ethos.
