  • We are a young dynamic social stationery & artwork company and are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person to become an integral part of our busy team.
  • You will be trained to complete a wide range of tasks from assisting with a range of office procedures and assisting in the production of high quality stationery and preparing customer orders for dispatch, printing orders and labels under instruction.
  • A problem solving attitude and practical nature required.
  • You will be working with Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator and using a content management system (CMS)
  • You will also be dealing with customers on the phone and via email and post and also working with our suppliers to ensure a high quality service is provided to all.
  • Experience with social media channels. Good spelling and handwriting are important.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Computer literate. 
  • Experience of Photoshop an advantage.

Personal qualities

  • Must be polite, helpful and be enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. 
  • A Good communicator and you must be self-motivated and keen to learn.

Qualifications required

A minimum of GCSE A*-C in Maths and English Language or equivalent.

Things to consider

You must have your own reliable transport as the company is based in a very rural position with no suitable bus service. Have extremely impressive English language skills & attention to detail – you must have high standards. 'From 1st October 2016 The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per hour. From April 2017 this rises to £3.50 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
