Chefs are expected to:

  • Prepare, cook and present food quickly and to company specification efficiently to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen. 
  • Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times. 
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues. 
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions. 
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws. 
  • Be involved and contribute at all team meetings. 
  • Carry out instructions as given by management.

About the employer

We are a large pub split into two bar operation, one bar is for the sky sports, pool tables and a large number of gaming machine all up to date and top of the range the other a bar were you can meet up with friends enjoy a great beer or a bottle of wine from our large selection from around the world.
