  • Recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
  • Processing new Customer referrals.
  • Preparing documentation for Recruitment Consultants.
  • Allocation of Health Care Assistants and Nurses to shifts and liaising with clients
  • Maintaining office files and ensuring that they are always up to date.
  • Maintaining computer system is up to date.
  • Ensuring all records are kept up to date.
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants.
  • To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
  • Production of reports and management information as required.
  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Confidently arranging registration for candidates.

 


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and similar sytems
  • Ability to talk to people of different backgrounds and ages
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Health and social care experience or training preferred

Qualifications required

A*- D GCSE Grades in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications in these subjects.

National Minimum Wage Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
