The general overview of the role will include:


  • Packaging & preparing orders for the courier service using an online system
  • Organising emails & saving invoices
  • Organising & ordering the weekly clothing stock
  • Managing website orders & responding to customers via email
  • Updating social media & replying to customers on social media
  • Phone answering / message taking
  • Organising customers to come in to collect orders
  • Sending out & monitoring mailchimp software
  • Adding information into mailchimp software
  • Keeping track of stock levels
  • Keeping track of marketing brochures & re-ordering
  • Book appointments using the google diary system
  • Welcoming clients & making drinks if necessary
  • Follow up any client quotes
  • Phone clients after they’re received there order to ensure everything is perfect
  • Upload / update website using our bespoke system

  • Grade A*-C in English language and Maths (or equivalent)

A full time position will be available following Apprenticeship completion, for the right candidate

Things to consider

Fast paced, need to be enthusiastic and keen to learn The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
