Reporting to the Office Manager: Duties will include:

  • Reception - meeting and greeting customers and visitors to the business
  • Professional presentation
  • Telephone handling - internal and external
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and outgoing mail
  • Data entry Invoice processing
  • General admin typing IT - ordering consumable products and stock control
  • Document scanning, copying and retrieval
  • Filing, archiving and retrieval of documentation
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
  • General administration duties
  • Carrying out other tasks as required Website and social media updates

This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
