Duties will include:


  • Supporting and maintaining effective and efficient data relating to our contract provision and learners.
  • Supporting and managing data records and communications with qualification awarding organisations.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the use of training materials and replenishing accordingly
  • Populating and updating the organisations calendar with Director and trainer activities

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Microsoft word, Excel and an interest in media
  • Knowledge of Microsoft publisher would be an advantage although not essential

Qualifications required

A - C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

Things to consider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour (From April 1st 2017 this will be increasing to £3.50 per hour). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
