  • Manifest: Check and send vessel manifests for all shipments from UK
  • Invoices: Issue Export invoices which are payable at London
  • Correctors: Issue manifest corrections as required for changes on UK shipments.
  • Customer Helpline: Handling customer’s queries regarding export matters

CSD-TFC: (Export Bookings)

  • Take bookings – Input booking in system
  • Haulage –Input booking and check with LOG-IMS for equipment/haulage availability
  • Extra Charges – Advise customers of any additional charges incurred (e.g. vehicle detention or wasted costs)
  • Invoice – Invoice customer for extra charges and chase payment for non-credit customers
  • Damaged container – liaise with customer if container damaged at load site
  • Car shipments – Provide V5 to the police for checking
  • Web bookings – Assist customers with web booking queries
  • Customer Helpline: Handling customer’s queries regarding export matters

You will be part of a busy and energetic Customer Service Department, which communicates directly with our customers and other departments within Evergreen (UK) Ltd.

There are four customer service sections in total, each with their own unique job functions.

Future prospects

Possible future position at the company providing vacancy is available and apprentice successfully completes course. Company reserves the right to withdraw offer if course is not completed.

Upon successful completion of course and providing available vacancy, apprentice will be entitled to a pay increase.

Apprentices will be eligible (but not guaranteed) for a yearly salary increase review and company bonus.
