Main duties will include:

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers searching for the most competitive insurance quotations to suit their needs.
  • The candidate after gathering all information will run the information through a panel of insurers and then present and sell the benefits of the policy to the client.
  • Dealing with all different customers from different industries.
  • Customers who enquire about insurance via website or third party lead providers will leave contact information and we will require candidate to call them and confirm quote stage
  • Use data of phone calls, emails, face to face contacts with customers.
  • Any foot traffic coming through the front door to liaise with for face to face communication and service.
  • System and processing for appointments for staff members to go to do the sale.
  • Administration & renewing existing customer policies,
  • Based in Bootle office with all other staff members, will allow for other duties and tasks to be completed as being a team player is vital.
  • Ensuring documents and trackers are kept up to date to comply with GDPR purposes
