Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Attention to detail; learning and following sales processes and administration processes
  • Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
  • Proactively call and pitch particular services to prospects and existing group wide customers
  • Generate and support Sales functions

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

  • Attention to time-keeping and high levels of professionalism

Future prospects

Things to consider

There will be a set progression plan during the apprenticeship to increase your salary to £19k pa.

Additionally, this is a commission paying role, where you will be paid uncapped commission on all opportunities you are involved in creating.
