Are you looking for a career in the Property industry? There is great potential to progress quickly with the right attitude and work ethic. Your daily duties will be varied and work towards taking on more responsibility as the apprenticeship goes on.

Duties will include: 

  • Answering phones and signposting enquiries to relevant department
  • Taking maintenance queries, logging and appointing contractors
  • General office administration including photocopying, production and printing of letters/emails from Property managers
  • Maintaining stationary supplies and basic management of printers/scanners
  • Assisting all departments as an when required
