Overview of Duties

Stock Control

  • Accepting deliveries and ensuring they are processed according to standards
  • Issuing the stock as needed and maintaining the records of stock movements
  • Tracking stock quantity to maintain minimum levels
  • Organising the return of faulty equipment
  • Performing regular stock takes
  • Checking minimum stock levels and reporting for stock ordering
  • Finance
  • Quoting customers
  • Invoicing
  • Ordering products
  • Internal cross billing

Service Ordering

  • Ordering telephony services
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from order to installation
  • Telephony administration tasks
  • Keeping order sheets up to date

Office Duties

  • Ensuring the stockroom is kept neat and tidy
  • Providing support to office visitors
  • Performing audits of office equipment
  • Assisting your team/ managers with administrative duties if required
  • General office duties


  • Organising shipping of equipment to customer sites
  • Organising same day Crisis deliveries
  • Creating collections for equipment returns

Requirements and prospects
