Duties will include: 

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the team as required 
  • Providing contract administration and support to external clients where applicable 
  • Ensuring effective communication and co-operation between yourself and Maintenance Operations supervision/Management/Technical Support, external and internal clients, contractors, suppliers, the Customer Service Centre and other stakeholders 
  • To be flexible and able to embrace changes to the service and within the scope of the role 
  • To raise repair work directly within MIS Active H, using schedule of rates or scripting as appropriate
  • To identify opportunities to improve service provision and notify Supervisors/ Management accordingly 
  • To contribute, where required, in the development of new systems and procedures 
  • To contribute to the delivery of service targets and service standards 
  • To work with colleagues to inform investigations into service comments and complaints and assist in the response to such complaints 
  • Ensure that all documentation, certification and records relating to the repair’s activity are maintained accurately and appropriately
  • To Champion Citizen’s core aims and values and promote customer focused service 
  • Utilising a range of software packages to fulfil the role including MIS Active H, Advanced DRS (Opti-time), Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Masternaut our fleet management system
  • Ensure any procurement activity is carried out in accordance with the group’s standing orders and financial regulations 
  • To promote and deliver a positive working relationship with the workforce. This to include proactive implementation and use of Citizen’s values
