  • Answering the phone in a prompt manner, being one of the first points of contact for enquiries and re-directing the call to the correct person when required
  • Communicating with staff via phone, text or email for a variety of reasons including outstanding reporting, updated information and checking deliveries
  • Sort, count and log incoming sales receipts from the field team
  • Mailing new job information to staff in a timely manner - including mail merging, creating labels and using the franking machine
  • Inputting data and photographs onto a web reporting system where required
  • Generating daily reports for the field team and the field team managers
  • Packing and sending work kits to staff and communicating delivery to them
  • Scanning and saving paperwork as required
  • General office duties as required

Working in a busy office environment. We deal with brands, big brands, small brands and everything in between! We are not a 'creative' marketing agency, we work with brands to ensure their products are displayed well in shops and sometimes we even sell products into shops. This role will be based in the office helping to provide our field worker with all of the toolkits they need to be able to do the work that we have asked them to.
